The problem with these types of programs is that they leave you feeling discouraged at the end. The truth is that it's really not that difficult to lose weight if you have a positive attitude and a good understanding of how the body works. Here's what you need to know:

This all-or-nothing attitude is what causes many people to fail when trying to diet. It's best to cut out all unhealthy foods and focus on exercising and dieting until your weight is normal.
